Sanjay Mirchandani

Sanjay Mirchandani has been President & Chief Executive Officer of Commvault since 2019. In that time Sanjay has transformed the company into a cyber resilience leader that’s trusted by enterprises around the world to keep their data and applications safe, secure, protected, and recoverable.

Under Mirchandani’s leadership, the company has also transformed its business model, partner ecosystem, and go-to-market execution. This, combined with an industry-leading cyber resilience platform and an always-on approach to innovation has turned Commvault into a high-growth, highly profitable company.

Mirchandani has been focused on helping customers solve hard problems, investing nearly $1B in R&D. He incubated and launched a dynamic, scalable SaaS business, which today is one of the fastest growing offerings in the industry. And he’s extended the company’s breadth and depth of cloud-first offerings through acquisitions like Appranix and Clumio.

Prior to joining Commvault, Mirchandani was the CEO of Puppet, a leading open-source IT infrastructure and automation company, where he grew the company’s user base to more than 40,000 companies, including 75 percent of the Fortune 100. He also held senior leadership positions at VMware, EMC, and Microsoft.

Mirchandani earned his bachelor’s from Drew University and MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. He also serves on the Board of Directors at Itron, Inc. (NASDAQ: ITRI).

Pranay Ahlawat

As Chief Technology and AI Officer, Pranay Ahlawat is the leader, developer, and AI evangelist responsible for continually innovating Commvault’s unrivaled cyber resilience platform and delivering on our vision for todays and tomorrow’s unrelenting threat landscape.

A product and business strategist, Pranay most recently led a product innovation and engineering practice with a particular focus on the future of software engineering and infrastructure software at Boston Consulting Group.

Pranay earned his bachelor’s degree from Delhi College of Engineering, his master’s in electrical engineering from Cornell University, and his MBA from Wharton School. When he’s not working, he enjoys sudoku, hiking, and skiing.

Rumman Chowdhury, Ph.D., is a global AI ethics pioneer and founder of Humane Intelligence, leading efforts in responsible, transparent AI. She’s the U.S. Science Envoy for AI and a Time 100 AI honoree.

Rajiv Kottomtharayil

Rajiv Kottomtharayil wasted no time making his mark at Commvault. Starting as a software developer in 1998, Rajiv quickly moved up the ranks – development manager, senior development manager, product development director, vice president of product development, and finally Chief Products Officer.

When he’s not managing Commvault production backup, Rajiv can be found running outdoors or watching the Commvault team play cricket; unless it’s Christmas Day, that’s when he answers customer emails.

Rajiv received his Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Monmouth University and Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics from Bombay University.

You’ll gain access to a full set of recorded keynote, breakout and demo sessions covering unified, cloud-native resilience and the AI era — so you can watch at your convenience rather than at a fixed broadcast time.

Will I still be able to engage with speakers or subject‐matter experts?

Yes. While the content is available on-demand, you’ll still be able to ask questions – and we’ll reach out to you with a reply by email.

How long will the on-demand content remain available?

The full session library will be available until 31st December 2025. You may revisit sessions as many times as you like during that period.

Is language support still available?

Yes — all sessions include closed captions/subtitles in 16 languages (Chinese Simplified & Traditional, Danish, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Vietnamese). The player interface also supports translation of the menu.
