Associate, Global Immigration The Opportunity We have an outstanding career opportunity for Associate, Global Immigration at Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Pune locations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in U.S. immigration processes, including H-1B, L-1, Green Card (EB2/EB3), PERM processing, and compliance management. The role involves drafting visa petitions, responding to RFEs, managing case documentation, and ensuring compliance with USCIS and DOL regulations. Knowledge of rest of the world work permit processing is bonus. What you’ll do… Non-Immigrant Visa Processing (H-1B, L-1, and Others) Prepare and file H-1B petitions (New, Extensions, Amendments, Transfers, and COS cases). Draft and organize H-1B application forms and support documentation with accuracy. Respond to RFEs (Requests for Evidence), ensuring timely and thorough submissions. Manage Labor Condition Applications (LCA), ensuring compliance with DOL regulations. Assist with L-1 visa petitions, including documentation preparation and submission. Green Card & PERM Processing Oversee the PERM Labor Certification process, including prevailing wage determination and recruitment compliance. Prepare and file I-140 immigrant petitions for EB2 and EB3 categories. Track PERM and Green Card case status, liaising with employees and attorneys. Ensure all documentation complies with USCIS and DOL guidelines. Dependent & Employment Authorization Filings File and track I-539 applications for dependent visa extensions. Process I-765 (EAD) applications for work authorization. Assist with I-824 applications for duplicate I-797 notices and case follow-ups Visa Stamping & Compliance Guide employees on visa stamping processes, consular requirements, and documentation. Prepare and respond to 221(g) administrative processing cases. Maintain and update Public Access Files (PAF) for compliance. Conduct I-9 verification and E-Verify compliance for new hires. Who you are… Bachelor's degree required. 3+ years in U.S. immigration processing, handling end to end H-1B, L-1, PERM, and Green Card applications. Hands-on experience with USCIS and DOL portals for case filings. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel for documentation and reporting Strong attention to detail, process efficiency, and compliance-oriented mindset. Knowledge of the rest of the world work permit processing is an additional advantage. Security and SaaS experience strongly preferred.
