Celebrating Pride Month at Commvault

PRISM ERG hosts a Courageous Conversation.

Throughout June, we’ve celebrated Pride Month across our global Vaulter community with open dialogues and educational initiatives hosted by our PRISM Employee Resource Group (ERG) and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team.

Pride Month is a time dedicated to celebrating the LGBTQ+ community as a member or ally to honor and recognize their impact throughout history and raise awareness to foster equal justice and opportunity. Here at Commvault, we believe that cultivating a culture of belonging, respect, and care makes us a more sustainable and resilient company where all our Vaulters can thrive.

We celebrated Pride across our global Vaulter community with various activities, discussions, and resources, and concluded our celebrations with a virtual Courageous Conversation hosted by Chief People Officer Martha Delehanty and VP of Corporate Communications Ross Camp, Co-Executive Sponsors of our PRISM ERG.

During the conversation, Martha and Ross discussed the importance of belonging in the workplace and the role leadership plays in encouraging unique perspectives and understanding intersectionality. Ross also shared his personal experience of coming out to his family and embracing his authentic self. As a proud member of the LBGTQ+ community, Ross has experienced homophobic biases in and out of the workplace, which has made him a passionate supporter of DEI. Ross shared his perspective on what it truly means to be your authentic self and why Pride must go beyond lip service – read it here.

We are proud to show our allyship and support to our Vaulters and the extended Commvault LGBTQ+ community during Pride Month and year-round.
